Our Wil-Care program offers comprehensive support for your new boat at no extra cost, While other dealership may try to offer similar services, only we provide it with a long-standing commitment to excellence. Here's what's included:
Warranty On-Site Service: Enjoy up to 2 dockside service calls per year, covering all boat types, with or without a trailer. For safety or runability issues, we'll be onsite within 5 business days and resolve the issue within 10. If your boat requires more extensive service, pickup and delivery are included.
Urgent Care/Next Available Bay: As a Wil-Care customer, your service needs get top priority. We'll ensure you repair order is worked on first with dedicated resources and priority bay access, as long as you own the boat
Loaner Motor: If your motor takes longer thank 10 business days to repair, we'll provide a loaner motor (for motors up to 115hp), ensuring you stay on the water
Pontoon Trailer Rental: Need a trailer? We offer free pontoon trailer rentals (up to 4 hours) for most two-and tri-toon boats, with easy reservations. Customers are responsivble for any damage.
24-Hour Tech Hotline: Get expert advice anytime with our 24-hour hotline at 810-360-3967. If you have a problem after hours, we're here to help you troubleshoot.
Discount Card: As a Wil-Care customer, you'll receive a 10% discount on non-sale parts, accessories, and services, Your card includes contact info for our Wil-care department and the tech hotline number for quick assistance
